We use Posti's services for our shipping. Our shipping costs vary from 8,50€-48€ depending on final parcel size:
MINI (maximum 35x25x3cm) 8,50€
SMALL (max 35x25x10cm) 15€
STANDARD (max 100x60x60cm 1-5 parcels) 29€
HOME DELIVERY (max 120x60x60cm 1-5 parcels) 45€
Please make sure to choose the right option for your item(s) - see product description for parcel size/pick up. All parcels will be sent within 5 days from order confirmation with secure shipping packed with love and care. PLEASE NOTE that some items are pick up only (read more below).
All orders can be picked up free of charge from the Mendera showroom at Haapaniemenkatu 7-9 B in Merihaka, Helsinki. PLEASE NOTE that some items are pick up only - make sure to check this information before purchase under each item's description.
The pick up is by appointment only and can be done as soon as agreed, however no later than 2 weeks from purchase. Therefore we ask you to please contact us as soon as you've received your order confirmation, either by email to hello@mendera.fi or by DM on Instagram @mendera.fi so we can book a suitable pick up time for you.
For shipped products we use reused/recycled packaging materials only. This means old newspaper and bubble wrap, reused cardboard boxes and paper tape. The picked up items will not be packed so please make sure to bring your own bag/box for transportation if needed. Old news paper is provided for protection.
We ask you to please make sure you take a good look at the information and pictures provided for each item. We will happily provide you with more information and pictures if you have any questions. You are also welcome to come for a viewing to our showroom before purchase to ensure the product meets your expectations. Also video call viewing is possible.
In line with EU regulations all products have a 14 day cooling off period (right to return). The return has to be made within 14 days of receiving your order, after which the return is no longer possible. Please be directly in touch with us if you want to return any item(s). The returned product(s) has to remain in original Mendera packaging and unused by the customer. If it does not meet these standards we can not accept the return. A return form will be provided for the customer. Please let us know why you want to return the product(s). The customer is responsible to safely return/ship the item(s) to Mendera showroom in Merihaka, Helsinki. Any damage due to poorly protected items will not be compensated.
Return by appointment to Mendera showroom is free of charge. Return by shipping costs 10€ for MINI, 15€ for SMALL and 20€ for STANDARD. We will deduct the return shipping cost from the total refund amount.
As all the products are preloved there is no general warranty on them. Therefore we assess all the products thoroughly before listing them for sale, so you can make second hand purchases at ease.
The electronic products are all tested/repaired before listing for sale. However, if an electronic product has an electronic issue please make sure to contact us as soon as possible (but no later than 14 days after receiving the item) and we will sort out the issue/repair it.
Please note that any shipped packages that are not claimed from Posti will be automatically returned to Mendera. The customer is responsible for paying a return fee of 20€.
